TechnologyOne, Australia’s largest enterprise‑software company, is hiring a Legal Counsel for its Brisbane office. The role provides commercially focused legal advice across customer, commercial and corporate transactions.

Key Eligibility Criteria

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial IT agreements.
- Experience advising customers, partners and internal stakeholders on legal matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Provide legal advice on customer, partner and third‑party contracts.




- Partner with Sales, Consulting and Management on negotiations.
- Support tenders, bids, procurement and contract approvals.
- Advise on risk, privacy, compliance and intellectual property.
- Handle complex customer projects, disputes and commercial matters.
- Assist with supplier, leasing, facilities and employment issues.
- Collaborate with global Legal and Corporate Services teams.
- Maintain contract templates and legal documentation.
- Identify and implement improvements to legal processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legislation, including workplace health and safety.
