Learn and Grow have been operating in Brisbane for over a decade, founded and led by a therapist who knows what the work actually asks of you and what it takes to do it both sustainably and well.

We've spent 12 years building real relationships in our community, and we're now the partner provider for more than 20 local kindies, running kindy uplift programs, parent nights, educator training and developmental checks. Our clients and our team have both come to us by word of mouth, which says everything about the care we give and the people who give it.

Growing OT

Our OT service is the part we're building right now, and we're looking for an OT who's ready to build it with us. Someone who wants to innovate, contribute in a big way, and take the opportunity to help shape a service from its earliest days.

If you've been quietly thinking "I could do this better if someone just let me," this is the let-you.

You'll spend your weeks:

Working with a diverse paediatric caseload, shaped around your passion areas

Helping to build the clinical backbone of a growing service: guidelines, templates, induction, training, processes, best practice frameworks

Running joint sessions and group programs with our Speech Pathologists (shaping genuine multi-disciplinary care that works collaboratively and cohesively)

Getting out into kindies and childcare centres across Brisbane through our SPARK program: educator training and in-room coaching, delivering presentations and workshops, performing developmental checks, and delivering parent information nights

Supporting students and less experienced therapists as the team grows





Building relationships with GPs, schools and referrers who'll become long-term partners

You'll fit here if you:

Have at least 4 years of OT experience and can hold a diverse caseload independently

Get energised by a blank page rather than unsettled by it

Are a warm, honest communicator who can have the hard conversation and the fun one

Want to be part of a team, not an island

Are ready for the next challenge in your career and want a say in what it looks like
