NSW Health is seeking an Enhanced Care Activities Coordinator to support residents across Grafton, Lismore, Byron and Tweed. The role collaborates with nursing staff to provide compassionate, person-centred care, including engagement, mobility support and psychosocial activities for older patients with dementia, delirium or frailty.
The position offers permanent full time or part-time opportunities, with remuneration of $65,150.16 to $81,508.14 per annum (pro rata) and up to 38 hours per week.
