Ventia is seeking a Guest Services Agent to support on-base accommodation for Defence personnel at RAAF Tindal, Katherine, NT.
You will greet guests, handle inquiries, manage bookings, check-ins/outs, and ensure accommodation standards are met with a qualified, welcoming approach.
The role involves coordinating room allocations, inspections and liaising with base leadership to align availability and rank.
Prior hospitality experience and customer-focused service are essential.
