Job Description
Metricon Homes is seeking a Sales Leader for Melbourne's Western corridor to drive performance across a top team of recent home advisors.
You will work with the national sales leadership to implement strategies, coach staff, and deliver against targets for Metricon's brands.
The role is based at multiple offices in Melbourne with on‐the‐road activities, reporting to the VIC Sales Manager.
A results‐oriented, qualified approach is essential.
