This role focuses on Grand Pacific Tours, Outback Spirit Tours, Rail, and other ventures, helping shape operations and culture.
You will drive recruitment, coaching and mentoring of leaders, and oversee learning and development initiatives, with a degree in Human Resources preferred and tourism industry experience highly regarded.
