Dovida in Victoria is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Growth Manager to build our Agent network and drive growth across the state.
You will recruit Agents, present prospects, assess fit, onboard current partners and coach them to create sustainable local businesses.
You will work with Dovida teams to improve client acquisition, conversion, and market presence.
This hands-on role requires networking, coaching, and turning opportunities into measurable results across multiple locations.
