Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) in East Gippsland is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with aged care and/or dementia care expertise to join our team.
The role is autonomous yet cooperative, focused on improving access to comprehensive assessment and ongoing care for older adults and those with cognitive changes.
The position offers a pro-rata salary between $149,267 and $152,092 per year, negotiable part time or full time, plus salary packaging options and relocation assistance.
