Job Description
Zurich is hiring an Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) Officer to join Cover-More's Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane or Sydney.
You will identify, triage and resolve complaints, while building robust relationships and delivering fair, timely outcomes for customers.
You'll gain expertise across ASIC frameworks, GICOP, AFCA obligations, and internal guidelines, with a background in insurance claims and dispute resolution preferred.
