We are looking for a practical, hands-onTrades Assistant & Facilities Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep, safety and presentation of our Brisbane site.

This wide-ranging role will involve grounds maintenance, minor building repairs, site upkeep and general facilities support.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and general garden maintenance
- Maintaining pathways, fencing, signage and outdoor areas
- Completing minor building maintenance, painting and repairs
- Operating grounds maintenance equipment, power tools and hand tools
- Conducting basic site inspections and reporting maintenance issues
- Supporting preventative maintenance and contractors on site
- Operating a forklift to move materials and equipment
- Keeping the site safe, clean and well presented

About you

You will have:





- Current Queensland LF Forklift Licence
- Current driver's licence
- Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening, property maintenance or a similar role
- Basic handyperson and building maintenance skills
- Experience using mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers and power tools
- Good physical fitness for manual and outdoor work
- A strong commitment to safety
- A reliable, proactive and practical approach

Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment would be highly regarded, along with a First Aid Certificate or EWP licence.
