VIC Building Management is seeking an in office Building Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a Docklands site in Melbourne.
You'll act as the main point of contact for residents, the owners corporation, the committee and contractors, with autonomy supported by the broader team.
You will oversee maintenance, safety compliance, contractor management and reporting to the committee, delivering proactive facilities management with a focus on resident service and regulatory compliance.
