Job Description
Kmart Group is seeking a State Profit Protection Manager for NSW/ACT to partner with operational leaders, drive profitability, strengthen controls and reduce risk across the state.
You will translate national strategies into tangible outcomes and lead governance, compliance and loss prevention initiatives.
You will influence senior stakeholders, deliver measurable profit improvements, and coach teams to build stronger protection capability and sustainable performance improvements.
