Job Description
We're on the hunt to find a talented Kitchen Hand/Cook to join our Manly Brew Pub team on a Casual basis.
The Role:
Casual hours: 10 hours per week available now, with up to 30 hours available in Summer.
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Quality Control:Monitor the taste, texture, and presentation of dishes
Inventory Management:Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.
Collaboration:Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
Safety and Hygiene:Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Dishwashing
You:
Sound knowledge of various cooking and cleaning methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Manage time effectively, have an eye for detail and work well independently.
Excellent attention to detail.




Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Can-do attitude and positive approach to your work.
