Based in West Perth

Part Time or Full Time Hours

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum (pro rata)

Native Title Services Goldfields (NTSG) is the recognised native title service provider for the Goldfields Region of Western Australia. Our staff are a dedicated, highly motivated and team-oriented group, operating in a fast paced, complex and dynamic working environment.

Our primary function is to protect and advance the native title rights and interests of the native title claimants and holders of the Goldfields Region. This includes assisting native title claimants to have their native title rights and interests recognised by the Australian legal system.

We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our Corporate Services team in our West Perth office. This is an exciting opportunity for a community-minded individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service and administration support while contributing to meaningful outcomes for Traditional Owners.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while providing administrative support across the organisation. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work closely with staff across multiple teams.

Key Duties

- Provide reception services and respond to telephone, email and in-person enquiries.
- Welcome visitors, clients and stakeholders in a professional and culturally respectful manner.
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Services Team and other staff as required.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems and assist with document management.
- Coordinate meeting bookings, prepare meeting rooms, arrange catering and take meeting minutes when required.
- Organise maintenance and repairs of NTSG vehicles based in Perth
- Assist with Accounts Payable administration, including invoice processing, coding and data entry.
- Coordinate office repairs,



maintenance requests and liaise with property managers, contractors, cleaners and security providers.
- Assist with organisational events, projects and activities as required.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in reception, customer service and administrative support within a busy office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer literacy, including the ability to learn new systems.
- Experience using accounting, database or document management systems will be highly regarded.
- Experience working with Aboriginal people and communities, or within a culturally diverse organisation, will be highly regarded.
- Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
