OTTICO Equipment is seeking a hands-on Training, Development & Workplace Health and Safety Lead to drive safety and learning across the Albury site and service centres. You’ll own the LMS, build compliant training, and partner with managers to embed practical safety practices on the factory floor.
The role blends in office inspections, SOP creation, and strategic input into safety initiatives, with occasional state-wide travel to NSW, QLD and VIC.
