The TheirCare team is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee 10 services across the West of Melbourne, with occasional travel to Trentham and Ballarat. You will drive program quality, safety, and compliance while supporting service leaders to deliver exceptional child outcomes.
You will coach, mentor and empower teams, manage rostering and budgeting, and collaborate with the Operations Manager and Head Office to lift capability and service delivery across the region.
