Our people are recognised for demonstrating these values in their everyday work:Safety FirstFocusing on our customerTaking responsibilityShowing initiativeWorking togetherThe RoleWe have an exciting permanent full-time Senior Advisor, Educator Capability (Educational Practice) position available to join our Educational Quality and Capability team at TAFE Queensland's Bracken Ridge Campus.As a Senior Advisor, Educator Capability (Educational Practice), you will:Work as a member of the Educator Capability Team to nurture a culture of innovation, creativity and contemporary learning, teaching and assessment practices within the business.Enhance student engagement and maximise student outcomes by providing educators with training and support to assist them to integrate innovated and effective learning and teaching methodologies and technologies into their practice in a range of learning environments (including, online, on campus and in the workplace) for diverse student cohorts.Contribute to new learning and teaching programs and ensure existing programs represent the most current and effective forms of learning,
