Australia Post is seeking an HCM Processes Owner to define and design future-state HCM processes across Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Data & Reporting within a 12-month fixed-term contract in Melbourne.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, solution architects and delivery partners to influence design decisions, deliver evidence-based recommendations, and lead a team of business analysts through the transformation.
