Nexus Hospitals Group is seeking a Perioperative Nurse Unit Manager to lead our day surgery unit across ophthalmology, endoscopy, plastics, skin, vascular and general surgery. You will drive clinical excellence, patient safety and staff development in a team-oriented, patient-centred environment.

You’ll oversee rostering, quality and safety activities, mentor the team and build strong relationships with visiting medical officers, patients and staff to ensure consistently exceptional care
