Melbourne Water is seeking a Labour Analytics & Reporting Lead to strengthen how the workforce is understood, managed and invested in. You will lead analytics, develop governance, and partner with People Services and Finance to deliver trusted reporting and insights.
The role is a two-year fixed-term contract with potential for extension, based on program progression and results. You will design dashboards and reporting tools that provide a transparent enterprise view of labour trends and performance.
