Uniting is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Care Partner for the Home and Community Care team in Dubbo, NSW. You will manage cases, design individual care plans and coordinate services to help older people live independently and safely in their homes.

Travel to Forbes, Parkes, Cabonne and surrounding areas is required. A current Australian driver’s licence and First Aid Certificate are essential. Join a not-for-profit that values community impact and staff development.
