EL Workforce is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established construction and shopfitting company, for an experienced Metal Fabricator to join their team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Metal Fabricator with a genuine pride in precision, attention to detail and high-end finishes.

This is not a production welding role. You’ll be working on bespoke architectural metalwork for premium retail and hospitality fit-outs, delivering projects for well-known brands and high-end environments.

If you take pride in quality workmanship, clean welds and true craftsmanship, this is an opportunity where your work will be visible and valued.

About You

- A relevant Trade Certificate

- Proven metal fabrication experience

- Strong TIG welding skills, particularly with aluminium and stainless steel

- Experience with sheet metal and frame fabrication





- The ability to fabricate from shop drawings through to finished products

- Strong ability to read and interpret detailed plans and drawings

- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

- A current driver’s licence

- A commitment to quality, precision and delivering a high-end finished product
