The role involves monitoring equipment, coordinating with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams, and supporting a 24/5 manufacturing operation on a two-person shift.

Responsibilities include secure operation, quality and food safety compliance, data recording for continuous improvement, and proactive issue troubleshooting
