About the role

We are seeking talented and driven Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a growing team. In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in managing a variety of commercial litigation matters and providing strategic legal advice on complex commercial issues and contracts. The role offers robust autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with principals and clients.

Key responsibilities





- Manage a broad portfolio of commercial litigation matters from start to finish
- Draft letters, pleadings and other court documents
- Provide tailored legal advice
- Represent clients in various dispute resolution forums
- Work closely with clients to provide commercially sound, strategic solutions

What we are looking for

- Minimum 3 years post-admission experience (PAE) in commercial litigation
- Solid grounding in commercial contracts and dispute resolution
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication, with client-facing confidence
- Proven ability to manage matters autonomously and as part of a team
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
