The Role & Duties
Working in the Corporate team, this is a busy role supporting two Partner,
including the Head of practice, and a team. You’ll be an integral part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, efficiency and a proactive attitude. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monthly billing and time entry
- Preparing presentations and pitches
- File and matter management (electronic and hard copy)
- Liaising with clients and various stakeholders
- Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Opening and closing matters
- Assisting with court documents, briefs and e-filing
- General administrative support to the team
About You
- 3+ years experience supporting at senior level in a private practice law firm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Friendly, adaptable and team-focused
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
