O&M;, an Australian haircare brand, is seeking three State Managers to lead NSW, Queensland, ACT, and Victoria. You will own the total O&M; business in your patch, leading the Business Development Managers and Educators, and personally manage key salon relationships.

You’ll spend your week coaching your team, shaping the state plan and budget, and driving revenue growth through education as a commercial lever while reporting on performance and opportunities.
