For Purpose Aged Care invites applications for a FullTime Clinical Care Coordinator to join our brand-new, 180-bed aged care residence opening in South Bunbury, with a competitive rate from $63.42 per hour + super based on experience.

As CCC, you will lead RN/EN/PCA teams, work closely with the Residential Manager to embed care systems and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will mentor staff, drive robust clinical outcomes and support commissioning as the home opens in November 2026.
