About the role:

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position will be accountable for the secure and reliable day to day operational management of the Quilpie Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily operational management & supervision of depot staff including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Responsible for administration and reconciliation of stock
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Comply with all external regulatory requirements - including BFM
