InterContinental Sorrento Mornington Peninsula is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Officer to join our team and lead HR initiatives, supporting recruitment, onboarding, engagement and performance management. You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance HR practices, maintain accurate records, and promote a positive workplace culture across our hotel.

A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in HR are preferred, with hospitality experience a plus.
