Hybrid Property Manager/BDM Role | South Brisbane

$80-90k + super + commission

Established in September 2025, Place South Brisbane is experiencing exceptional growth. We're now launching our Property Management division and looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us and take ownership of this rare opportunity.

This is more than simply taking on another portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience, build strong client relationships and contribute to a growing business.

You’ll enjoy genuine end-to-end exposure across leasing, inspections, field activities, portfolio management and client relationships - making every day wide-ranging and rewarding.

Your Day-to-Day

- Managing your own growing property portfolio, all within close proximity of the South Brisbane office.
- Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants through exceptional customer service and communication.
- Managing maintenance, repairs, arrears and leasing activities
- Conducting entry,



exit and routine inspections, along with leasing activities.
- Preparing Tribunal documentation and attending hearings where required.
- Working collaboratively with a supportive and high-performing team committed to delivering outstanding results.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll Bring

- 3+ years' Property Management experience.
- Experience and exposure in the BDM space
- Current Queensland Salesperson Registration.
- Current Queensland Driver Licence.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with cloud-based software, preferably PropertyMe.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
