The Jimaylya Topsy Harry Centre, operated by the Queensland Government, seeks a compassionate team member to provide daily care and support, helping clients develop life skills. You will also collaborate with support agencies to connect clients with resources to rebuild their lives.

You will develop and maintain staff training processes, coordinate HR and financial functions, ensure accurate staff movements in systems, and support safety, tenancy, and administration across the centre.
