Stamford Plaza Melbourne is seeking a confident Front Office Duty Manager to oversee daily front office operations and ensure guests receive an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
You will lead the front office team, coach staff, handle guest feedback, and coordinate with other departments to maintain Stamford standards.
The role is a permanent part time position with a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
