NSW Health is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead the development of a paediatric and neonatal OT service across Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals. You will provide high-level clinical expertise, work with multidisciplinary teams, and supervise OT staff and students in a agile, patient-centred environment.

The role involves establishing the service foundations, delivering evidence-based care and leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance child and family outcomes.
