Panthers Bathurst is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to lead club operations and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise staff across departments, maintain a safe, clean environment, and drive smooth daily operations in a busy club.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in high-volume settings, robust communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service, WHS compliance, and policy adherence.
