Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service is recruiting a Registered Nurse for the Rapid Response Falls Service within the Adult Community Health program. The role focuses on in-home assessments, coordination and links to local services to reduce fall risk and hospital conveyance.

The position supports multidisciplinary care planning and intervention for older adults in the Cairns region, with emphasis on prevention, patient safety and timely clinical handover.
