Edgewater Homes seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Completed Homes Team on a parental cover contract, based at the Edgewater Homes office in Smeaton Grange. This full time role focuses on coordinating residential construction projects, keeping stakeholders informed, and delivering a seamless customer journey through handover and warranty periods.

You’ll work closely with Site Supervisors, trades and internal teams, manage OC and documentation, respond to homeowner enquiries,
