Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead Anglers Tavern, a landmark Melbourne pub by the Maribyrnong River.
You will own people, performance and guest experience, guiding a seasoned team across front-of-house and management roles.You will drive commercial direction, oversee P&L;, labour, stock and budgets, and push revenue across dining, sports bar, events and entertainment, while strengthening ties with the local community.
