You will supervise Theatre Support Supervisors and Officers, coordinating staff and resources to ensure protected, effective, high-quality theatre operations.
You will work with nursing, surgical, and operational teams to foster a positive culture, drive performance, and support continuous improvement in the theatre workplace.
