The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant for the Rapid Access Service within the Older Persons Mental Health Service. The role is based in Launceston and Burnie, providing senior clinical leadership, assessment, care recommendations and follow-up for older people with behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) and supporting Residential Aged Care Homes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, travel across the North and Northwest
