Whiddon is seeking a Care Services Manager for a 63-bed Residential Aged Care home in Moree.
The role requires solid clinical leadership, RN registration, and prior senior/ supervisory experience in aged care.You will drive clinical services, ensure compliance with standards, and support budgeting and development across the site.
The successful candidate will bring leadership, people management, and a proactive approach to continuous quality improvement within a team-focused setting.
