Craigieburn Secondary College is seeking a Learning Specialist (Behaviour) to join our team. The role focuses on building excellence in teaching and learning through high-impact behaviour support, FBAs, BIPs and collaboration with teachers, families and allied health staff.
The position emphasises mentoring and coaching of teachers, development of school-wide behaviour strategies, and ongoing qualified learning to improve student engagement and wellbeing in Years 7–12.
