This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven medical device sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential Queensland territory, build strong clinical relationships and contribute to the growth of an innovative diabetes portfolio.
The Prospect
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your territory while developing trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and strengthening relationships with Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators and other healthcare professionals
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the territory
- Providing clinical and technical expertise to support healthcare professionals and patients
- Developing strategic referral pathways and engaging key decision-makers
- Managing territory performance through effective planning, account management and business development
- Contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing and expanding diabetes portfolio
About You
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded medical device sales professional who is motivated by achieving results and making a genuine difference to patients.
You will ideally have:
- Proven success in medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Diabetes experience is highly regarded, but not essential
- A strong new business and territory growth mentality
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
- The ability to engage confidently with Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators and other clinical stakeholders
- Strong territory management, planning and commercial skills
- A genuine interest in clinical education and supporting improved patient outcomes
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout the territory
