Job Description
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission's Legal Services Branch is seeking an experienced lawyer to lead high-quality employment and commercial law advice.
You will advise on complex regulatory matters, draft and negotiate agreements, and manage workplace investigations.
You will mentor junior staff, engage external providers, and contribute to corporate governance, policy work, and training to promote legal awareness across the Commission.
