Administration Officer - Home Care - 12 week temporary contract
Administration Officer needed to join a dedicated Home Care team focusing on assisting the elderly and individuals who need extra support to live independently and safely at home.
As an Administrator you will be tasked with the following:
Answer phone calls and enquiries
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and schedules
Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence
Process invoices, payments, and other administrative transactions where applicable
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the hub including reception duties, office administration, and general clerical support
