Job Description
Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Carouselstore, driving energy and customer focus.
You will support eye-test-to-frame journeys, lead the team two days a week, and ensure smooth operations and a welcoming customer experience.
The role offers OTE up to $85,000, with base pay, superannuation, monthly and annual bonuses, plus incentives.
We provide product allowances and training, with transparent internal progression prospects as we expand across ANZ.
