Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) invites applications for a Senior Better Futures Youth Worker to support young people aged 15–21 who are or were in out-of-home care. The role focuses on leaving-care support and case management to build life, housing and social outcomes within a culturally protected Aboriginal context.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate commitment to VACCA's values, understanding of Aboriginal cultures, and experience with youth services.
