We are seeking a Full-Time Hospitality Manager to lead and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences across our IRT Illawarra Residential Care Centres. This is an exciting prospect to showcase your leadership and operational expertise in an aged care setting.

As the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Hospitality Services across our IRT Illawarra Residential Care Centres {William Beach Gardens (Kanahooka), Five Islands (Port Kembla),Unanderra Gardens,Tarrawanna Court,Edgewood Gardens (Woonona),Woonona Place}.

You will lead a large team of dedicated staff and ensure all hospitality programs — including catering, cleaning, and laundry services (both internal and contracted) — are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Develop,



implement and continuously review the hospitality program within the region to ensurecompliance with legislative standards, policies and procedures that meets the needs of the residents
- Lead, develop, educate and review hospitality team members to ensure hospitality programs aredelivered to a consistent standard
- Work closely with IRT’s contractors (e.g. cleaning, laundry, catering) to ensure they are engaged in ourbusiness to deliver a consistent service that meets agreed expectations
- Integrate hospitality processes and standards to team members to ensure a consistent and high levelof service and quality food experience is provided to our residents
- Promote the hospitality services provided to our residents and other disciplines (e.g. Care andWellbeing Services) to ensure our residents are kept up to date and informed of services offered
- Develop, deliver, monitor and review hospitality annual operational and capital budgets
- Actively participate with the regional leadership team and team members to develop strategies toachieve agreed goals and facilitate innovation as opportunities arise
- Analyse organisational and performance data to develop and implement strategies to achieveidentified KPI’s in a manner that is in line with IRT policy,



procedures and systems
- Other duties as required by the Operations Manager when required

- Tertiary (Post-secondary) qualifications in a related discipline
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, managing a multi-site/service team
- Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to develop high performing teams to deliver ahigh standard of service
- Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including the ability to prepareand present comprehensive professional reports
- Sound knowledge of the principles of catering, food safety, cleaning and laundry processes, with afocus on Residential Aged Care
- Demonstrated understanding of Work Health and Safety, quality improvement and Hazard analysisand Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Demonstrated experience in budget/financial control with a focus on results
- Robust analytical, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Sound computer skills in particular with Microsoft Office programs and organisational databases
