Program Manager - GWEO - Based in Yarrawonga VIC
This is a rare opportunity to help establish a sovereign explosive ordnance and advanced weapons capability that will directly contribute to Australia's future Defence readiness.
While the initial phases of the program will be led by colleagues within our US business to support knowledge transfer, this role is responsible for bringing together Defence, industry, international partners and internal teams to ensure successful integration and delivery within Australia. Success will rely on your ability to build trusted relationships, align stakeholders, and navigate a complex environment where collaboration is critical to achieving outcomes.

About You
We're particularly interested in hearing from experienced program leaders with backgrounds in Defence, guided weapons, munitions, explosive ordnance, advanced manufacturing or related capability areas. Former ADF members, ammunition technicians, armament specialists and explosive ordnance professionals looking to apply their operational expertise in a strategic leadership role are strongly encouraged to apply.
