The Station Grocer in NSW is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to take ownership of daily kitchen operations in a fast-moving retail setting. This in office role runs early hours from 4:30am to 12:30pm, five days per week, and leads production with a hands-on team.
You'll ensure quality and safety standards are met while guiding a skilled team and contributing to the growth opportunities and pathway to a permanent salaried position based on performance and experience.
