About the Role
This isn't just compressors. One day you could be commissioning an oxygen generator at a veterinary hospital. the next, you might be servicing a nitrogen system, ozone or UV system for a water treatment or food processing plant. The work matters, the variety keeps things interesting, and the skills you build will set you apart for your whole career.
No compressor experience? That's fine. If you've got the mechanical foundation, we'll give you the training. Compressed air powers the tools, machinery, and production lines that keep Australian businesses running, which means skilled technicians are always in demand.

About Us
Since 1932, Fracks Air Compressors has been supplying, servicing, and repairing compressed air equipment across NSW and the ACT. Four generations on, we're still family owned and operated, and still committed to the same thing: the highest quality and reliability in the compressed air industry, backed by outstanding customer service.
From industrial compressors to pneumatics valves, we sell, maintain, and repair every compressed air product on the market, and we specialise in nitrogen, oxygen, ozone, and UV systems. Our customers see us as their one-stop shop, and our technicians are the reason they keep coming back.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites across NSW and the ACT
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Install and commission current compressed air equipment
- Diagnose and repair breakdowns
- Service and maintain nitrogen, oxygen, ozone, and UV systems
- Participate in our 24/7 breakdown on-call roster
- Provide technical support to fellow technicians
Skills & Qualifications
- Cert III or higher trade qualification (mechanical, fitting, or similar)
- Current White Card (construction induction)
- Demonstrated mechanical experience
- Your own hand tools (all specialist equipment supplied)
- Forklift licence and/or EWP ticket, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well organised, with the ability to manage your time and meet deadlines
